We appreciate that everyone wants some idea of cost. So this page gives examples that are designed to show typical event pricing.

Every event is unique and every Event Organiser has different needs. Competitor numbers, event type, tracker specification, communication options, media interface and event duration all affect system choice. That is why Race-Trax have used a highly modular approach that can be customised to meet almost any requirement.

Club House Post Race Replay

When you don´t need LIVE! tracking, gather full race data for the whole event using the logging only option. Download the data at the end of the day for replay in the clubhouse or later broadcast. Costs for 15 Logging Only Trackers, with 2-5m accuracy and 1 second update rate will range from EUR1,500 to EUR2,000 for a 3 day event.

GPRS Web data

For longer coastal events or for LIVE! data sent directly to Race Viewer or the Internet using GPRS, then a web based solution is ideal. Costs for15 Trackers using GPRS technology, with sub-metre accuracy, wind data and a Race-Trax team member on hand will range from EUR6500 - EUR7500 for a 3 day event.

Inshore Fleet/ Match or Medal Regatta

For the full regatta management solution comprising 15 Trackers, UHF telemetry, sub metre accuracy with compass pitch and roll, Race-Trax PRO software, LIVE! Wind data, LIVE! feed to shore, LIVE! Race Viewer, full sponsor package, optional outputs to other media such as 3D graphics and the appropriate Race-Trax team members on site to guide you every step of the way, the price will range from EUR11,500 - EUR14,000 for a 3 day event.

All prices are for hire of the equipment for the duration of the event and do not include shipping costs or insurance.
