How to implement Race-Trax at your event

At Race-Trax we pride ourselves on the quality and professionalism of our service which involves so much more than turning up on the day. Race-Trax has learnt through years of experience that understanding the options available and getting the specification right are key to a successful event. Time spent upfront in getting the detail right will ensure maximum benefit to Race Officers, competitors, sponsors and fans.

Step 1 Complete the Enquiry Form

Once we have received the initial information about your event we will be able to prepare a budgetary quotation for you.

Step 2 Finalise Specification

Following on from the initial quotation we will work together to finalise the specification and costs which will be laid out in a Service Level Agreement, so all parties know exactly what is expected of them.

Step 3 Detailed Plan of Activities

We draw up a detailed plan of activities in the run up to your event ensuring that everything is ready come the start of the event.

Step 4 The Event

Race-Trax personnel attend and provide the solution in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
